Line & Blossom Design is a trade name of OnyBar Ventures LLC.
At Line & Blossom Design every print is made to order specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to delivering a high quality product every time. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong we will make it right — quickly and without hassle.
2. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation contact us at support@lineandblossomdesign.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please include “Order Cancellation” in the subject line.
After 24 hours your print has entered production and cancellation is no longer possible. Because every print is made to order we are unable to make exceptions to this window, so please order carefully.
3. Valid Reasons for Refund or Replacement
We accept refund or replacement requests for the following reasons only:
- Your print arrives damaged in transit
- Your print has a production defect such as poor print quality or significant color inaccuracy
- You received an incorrect item
At your request we will provide either a full replacement print or a full refund to your original payment method. The choice is yours.
4. What Is Not Covered
The following are not valid reasons for a refund or replacement:
- Color variation: Every monitor displays color differently. The printed result is always the truest representation of the art. Please read the “Will the colors look the same as on my screen?” section of our FAQ before purchasing.
- Change of heart: Once your print is in production it has been made specifically for you. We are unable to accept returns for a change of heart.
- Buyer error: Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address or duplicate orders placed in error.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@lineandblossomdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Use the subject line “Order Issue — [Your Order Number]”
- Include a clear description of the problem
- Attach clear photographs of the damage or defect, including photographs of the packaging if it was damaged in transit
Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging before contacting us, we may need the photographs for our records and quality investigation.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
6. Returns
You are not required to return your print to receive a replacement or refund for a valid claim. In rare cases we may request the item be returned for quality investigation purposes. If this occurs we will provide full instructions and cover any associated costs.
We do not accept returns of unwanted items under any circumstances.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider but typically appear within 5-10 business days of approval.
