Line & Blossom Design is a trade name of OnyBar Ventures LLC.

At Line & Blossom Design every print is made to order specifically for you. Please read this policy before making a purchase so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to US addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Budget shipping is free on all orders. For your convenience, Standard, StandardPlus, and Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional fee. With budget shipping, the price you see is the price you pay.

3. How Your Order Gets to You

Every order goes through the following stages:

  • Order Review (24 hours): Every order is held for 24 hours before entering production. This window allows you to cancel your order if needed. See our Refund & Returns Policy for cancellation instructions.
  • Production (1-4 business days): Once the review window closes your print enters production at our fulfillment partner Prodigi, where it is printed, inspected, and prepared for shipping.
  • Shipping: Once your order leaves production it is handed to the carrier for delivery.

4. Why Budget Shipping?

Every print at Line & Blossom Design ships with tracking, and that’s a deliberate choice. Budget shipping is free on all orders and uses USPS, typically delivering well within the stated timeframe. The “up to 3 weeks” window is the outer limit, not the norm. For customers who need their order sooner, Standard, Standard Plus, and Express upgrades are available at checkout. Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.

5. Delivery Timeframes

All orders include a 24-hour review period followed by 1-4 business days of production at Prodigi before shipping.

6. Order Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Line & Blossom Design is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at support@lineandblossomdesign.com — we can only correct address errors during the 24 hour order review window.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at support@lineandblossomdesign.com and I will open an investigation on your behalf.

Lost order thresholds from shipping notification:

  • Budget Shipping: not delivered within 30 days
  • Standard, Standard Plus, and Express: not delivered within 10 business days
